Things you know you should be doing but you're not.

 

  • Drinking 8 glasses of water daily but you don't want to spend the rest of the day peeing it all out.
  • Eating fruits daily but it feels like a chore instead.
  • Doing assignments early but you wait till the deadline and do last minute work.
  • Getting enough sleep but you spend most of the night scrolling on your phone or reading only to sleep for about 2 hours in the morning.

  • Going for a dental check-up but your teeth feel fine.
